So this isn’t exactly baking related… but its a great tip, and I had to share it with you all!
How to pick a rip and GOOD avocado:
1. Take the stem out of the avocado
2. If the avocado is green under the stem, it is ripe and nice inside.
3. If the avocado is black or brown under the stem, PUT IT BACK! It’ll be yucky inside!
4. Now, go make some guacamole!
